Each one of us must have been in the situation. You are standing in front of an audience, your hands are sweaty, someone in the audience asks an unpleasant question, and you do not know how to respond. You are cordially invited to improve your presentation and communication skills.

The training will deal with an analysis of audience, identification of the key message, the aim and structure of a presentation. You will learn how to prepare a room for a presentation, move about, work with a flipchart, or respond to the audience’s questions. It is important to be able to modulate your voice, maintain eye contact, and control your body language. The trainers will also teach you how to manage stage fright, keep the audience’s attention during a presentation, and deal with unpleasant or unexpected situations.
