The Resonance organization brought a picnic directly into the centre of Košice

The Resonance organization again created a pleasant atmosphere in the city by preparing an interesting all-day programme on environmental themes, which appealed both to children and adults. The participants could enjoy a lot of entertaining activities for all age groups, a large stage and relaxation zones, a unique wooden carousel, contests for valuable prizes and live cooking shows on the stage. Thomas Puskailer and his Eco show and presenters at exhibition stands on environmental themes also conjured smiles on their faces. The participants could, for example, see with their own eyes an OXYTREE, a fast growing broad-leaved tree of exceptional properties, which is an ideal solution for deforestation-related issues.

 One cannot not mention sports and dance activities, fantastic local producers and sellers of food, mouth-watering boiled and roasted delicacies, a grill party and many other activities. Each of the participants must have had a good time. The event, like any good picnic, was concluded by a feelgood concert of the Medial Banana band. It was moderated by good-tempered Ludwig Bagin.

Every day responsibly with Business Leaders Forum (BLF)

Since our association of responsible companies BLF was a partner of EKODEŇ 2016, our stand could not be missing from this great event. We not only introduced the participants of the event to the world of sustainable consumption, but we also drew the attention of the children and adults to the fact that also small everyday decisions can have a great impact.

We asked the youngest generation how environment-conscious and responsible their parents are, and we provided the adults with advice and tips how to recognize a responsible employer. We were delighted to find out that children still inherit clothes from their older brothers and sisters, carry healthy morning snacks in their backpacks and have the chaffed knees on their jeans patched up. The visitors to our stand were rewarded for their original answers with delicious and healthy organic goodies. They also received interactive educational materials, which they could take home to improve their responsible activities by next year.
